2015 Consumer Satisfaction Award We’ve always said that when you visit Pine Belt Chevrolet, you’re sure to get an outstanding customer experience. But that’s just a claim — one a lot of dealerships make without anything to back it up. Well, we’re incredibly proud to announce that we have been honored by DealerRater.com with one of their inaugural Consumer Satisfaction Awards for the excellent reviews our lovely customers have left us on their web site. This is a huge credit to every single member of our sales, financing and service teams, and we couldn’t be more proud of them and all of their hard work.

In order to qualify for a Consumer Satisfaction Award, dealerships must have gotten at least 25 reviews in 2014 with an average rating of 4.0 or higher. Of those, the top 10 percent receive the award. Pine Belt Chevrolet can say that, across more than 650 total reviews, we have an average score of 4.8 out of 5 and 98 percent of people would recommend us! Those numbers are truly humbling, and we’re thrilled not just to win this award, but to have made so many people in New Jersey happy for so long. Most of all, we’re thankful that so many of you have taken the time to leave your feedback with sites like DealerRater. This feedback in invaluable to us, as it helps us continue to grow and serve our community even better in the future.

This isn’t even the first time around the block for the Pine Belt Chevrolet team — back in 2013, we won one of DealerRater’s Dealer of the Year Awards for general excellence! The specific Consumer Satisfaction Award is brand new, but we definitely hope our continued dedication to service means our first won’t be our last.
